The name of this organization shall be Crescent City Outlaws.The founding date of this organization shall be August 18, 2000.This organization was founded to foster fraternity, diversity, loyalty, and kindness within the context of convivial social gatherings and relationships and to promote the leather lifestyle through networking, education and charitable acts in the community.This organization shall not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion or national origin.
